You might be interested in deep diving into past patterns or current behaviors to learn more about why you react the way you do. You may be looking for practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress, or life's challenges. You could be interested in strengthening your relationships and finding healthier ways to connect to those around you. If you are ready to make these shifts in your life, I am here to help. My hope is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel supported and challenged as we work toward the changes that matter most to you. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on the strengths you already have, and use practical and evidence-based tools to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

My background: I have a B.A. in psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts and a Master in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. I worked for 10 years as a school social worker helping older children and teens learn to manage anxiety and depression, cope with stress, and strengthen executive functioning. I understand how impactful moments in our life can be when we are young and how they can affect us as we get older. Having worked in schools, I am also passionate about supporting those who work in helping professions such as teachers, nurses, and other support staff.

Additionally, I bring six years of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationships, and personal growth. I am passionate about social justice and incorporate neuroaffirming care and feminist theory into my approach. After years of supporting clients within a clinical setting part-time, I have transitioned to full-time private practice to continue offering compassionate, individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, games (both board and video!), yoga, and spending time with my family.
